Financing History:
Galantos Pharma secured a total of 8.9 M€ in three financing rounds and through grants. Galantos Pharma received investments from HTGF, FIB and WFT of the ISB, KfW, led by EVP Capital Management AG managing the VRP fund.

Investment Opportunity:
The clinical candidate Memogain® was selected in March 2008 and is currently developed for a CTA / IND in 2011. The goal of the current financing round is to fund clinical development of Memogain®  until proof-of-concept in man and provide further optional funding until proof of superiority to current drugs after phase II. The budget to provide these opportunities is 16-17 million €, of which 5 million € are needed for PoC in phase I. We are currently welcoming further investors to complete the budding investment consortium.
