The company has two advisory boards, one for business matters (Business Advisory Board, "Beirat") and one for R&D matters (Scientific Advisory Board, SAB).

Business Advisory Board

Dr. Farsim Yadegardjam
Managing director of EVP Capital Manegment AG

Dr. FarsinYadegardjam is Managing Director of EVP Capital Management AG, with particular responsibility for investments in the areas of life sciences, new materials and new technologies. Before joining EVP Capital Management AG, then equinet Venture Partners, Dr Yadegardjam worked for the Boston Consulting Group as project leader advising top management. His main focus was on the design of market entry strategies and on the development of new business lines in the health care and energy industries, evaluation of R&D pipelines and strategic due diligence in the private equity area. Dr Yadegardjam has studied Chemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he also received his doctorate degree in Chemical Technology..

Dr. Bernhard Küenburg,
General Manager of Biomedica group,

Previously CEO and founder of Onepharm, an Austrian drug development company, and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Development at Siegfried, a leading custom manufacturer of small molecule drug substances in Switzerland, Dr Kueenburg was responsible for strategic collaboration contracts, customer relationships and strategic pipeline development. Prior to this, he was General Manager at CarboGen Laboratories, where he headed the construction and operations of the CarboGenNeuland facility. Previously, he was Department Head at Sanochemia in Austria, responsible for the development and manufacturing of the Alzheimer drug galantamine. Dr. Kueenburg has a PhD in organic chemistry from the Vienna University of Technology.

Dr. Binder has more than 15 years of experience in R&D and Business Development in the life science industry: business development and marketing at the department “Biopharmaceuticals” of BoehringerIngelheim GmbH, strategic business development at BoehringerIngelheimPharma KG, international business development projects in R&D and sales. Head of Hematology of Dr. K. Thomae GmbH.
